The hotel sits in the former FIAT Lingotto factory. Public reports describe an owner-funded renovation of roughly €4 million to meet Hilton standards, including the mini-loft rooms, the bar, and the kitchen. A separate public case study documents a Philips display program in the building. That display program is not this account.
The work was the owner-side network and the cutover around that renovation: one standard for the rooms, the bar, and the meeting floor, closed out instead of left as a punch list. This is prior work, outside Southern California.
