Technology worthy of the hotel

IT support for Hilton hotels. One team to call.

Our engineers support your hotel’s local technology and coordinate with Hilton, your internet provider, and other vendors—so your staff can spend less time chasing tickets and more time looking after guests.

01 — Experience

We have been on that side of the desk.

Alexandru Fartade’s engineering background includes Hilton, AT&T, and Cisco. The support team knows how a Hilton hotel’s technology is actually run.

02 — Ownership

One team. The issue is ours.

A named engineer, a backup, one company number, one support address. The general manager does not diagnose Hilton, the carrier, and the lock vendor before calling.

03 — Finished

We look for the cause.

Within the equipment we are authorized to touch, we investigate, repair the cause, and tell the general manager what changed. We do not promise that a carrier, Hilton, or another vendor will restore service on our clock.

For the people in the building

Technology worthy of the hotel.

Keys, wireless, the night audit, the payment terminal, and the vendor ticket should not become a second job for the front desk. We take the agreed scope, coordinate the right party, and keep the general manager informed until the issue is resolved or a decision is needed.

The aim is reliable technology for staff and guests. Southern California is where new support plans start.

The support plan

The support plan

Scoped to your property.

One monthly plan for a Hilton hotel in Southern California. Onboarding is a separate paid setup. UnoNet and other upgrades can be bought alone.

Your plan is quoted after a property review. A network rebuild, cabling, and hardware are outside the monthly plan. Ordinary vendor follow-up is part of the plan. One local visit each quarter, up to two hours, is included inside Southern California. After-hours emergency support is available under a separately agreed coverage plan.

UnoNet & upgrades

An upgrade can stand alone.

Scope, a hard look at the carrier’s quote, the install we are authorized to do, the cutover, and a handover with nothing left open. Ongoing support afterward is natural. It is not required.

Approximately 30% below carrier quotes on three completed hotel upgrade projects.

A historical result across three completed projects. Not a quote for the next hotel.
