A three-story hotel on Touhy Avenue, previously a Comfort Inn, remodeled into Spark by Hilton. Public notes put the remodel in 2024–2025.
The work was a new guest wireless standard, the lock path, and a front-desk cutover timed to opening, finished before the first Spark guest. This hotel is outside Southern California.
